Note: Meals are not included in your registration fee.
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation along with you to the congress. You will be able to print your personal name badge by scanning the barcode displayed on your registration confirmation at the self-print stations in the registration area.
Letter of Invitation
The registration department is happy to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration or from the registration department at eccmidregistration[at]escmid.org.

Additional 30 Euro handling fee is required.
Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time.
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to eccmidregistration[at]escmid.org.
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellations received up to and including 25 January, 2018: full refund
- Cancellations received up to and including 10 April, 2018: 50% will be refunded
- No refund on cancellations after 1 April, 2018
Manual Registration Processing Surcharge
Registrations received by fax, mail or email are subject to an administration surcharge of €20. Therefore, we encourage you to use the online registration system that is safe, quick and easy and also gives you an immediate confirmation along with the invoice.
In order to register for the congress, please log in with your email address and your password if you already have a profile. If you do not have a profile, you can create a new one.
After successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depending on payment) will be sent immediately to your email address.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to sue the organisers for damages should the congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
