Late-breaking abstracts submission

 

Late-breaking abstracts must pertain to new data that has not been published and was generated after regular ESCMID Global 2024 (formerly known as ECCMID) abstracts submission was closed. The ESCMID Global Programme Committee will assess and choose abstracts for presentation at ESCMID Global 2024, either through oral presentations or as paper posters (ePosters).

 

For this year, we will exclusively consider abstracts falling within the following categories: 

 

  • 21. New drugs and vaccines
  • 22. Clinical trials
  • 23. New and emerging pathogens
  • 24. Outbreaks and public health emergencies

 

Timeline:

 

  • Submission: 1 - 14 February 2024, 17:00 CET
  • Review: Mid February 2024
  • Notification to the abstract submitters: Early March 2024
